Our Refunds Policy

At StrideModeUK, we take pride in offering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. We accept refunds on our website but it must be in the respectable time frame of 30 days after we have shipped the item out. Once we receive the item we will do our checks to see if there has been any damage to the item, if there isn't we will confirm a refund payment and you will receive your money back instantly!

We recommend that you carefully review your order details before completing your purchase. We say this due to us only being a small business and it can affect us in terms of keeping track of stock and the workload.

Missing Return Parcels

Please note that while rare, parcels can occasionally go missing during transit when being returned via postal services. Unfortunately, this is outside of our control and is the responsibility of the shipping provider used to return the item.

If a return parcel is lost in transit, we are unable to offer a refund as we have not received the item back. In such cases, you will need to contact the shipping provider you used to arrange the return and raise a claim directly with them.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service when returning items to avoid any issues.
