Are your products Authentic?

All the products that we sell on our website are 100% authentic. We do not sell replicas. We do not sell fakes. All items can be cross referenced with the barcodes on the tags and the Product ID that is on there.

When will I receive my order?

Your order will be packaged really carefully and delivered to your chosen address. Delivery usually takes between 2-4 business days but we always try to achieve next day delivery. You will receive an e-mail from us after your order has been shipped with more information about the delivery using the tracking number we provide.

Can I Return my product?

Yes you are able to return your order to get a full refund or an exchange on your order given that it is in the 30 day period of receiving the parcel, providing they are in original resalable condition. I suggest going to our Refund Policy for more information.

What can I do if my item (or part of it) is damaged?

We work hard to deliver your items without defects but sometimes it can fall through the cracks. We will be able to exchange the item with a brand new one. If this is what you want simply just get in contact with us through email or WhatsApp to get the ball rolling.

Our Shipping Provider

We ship all of our orders Tracked 24 before the cut off time required. We do this so they be delivered in the time frame stated by Royal Mail. We always aim to give next day delivery on all orders, however some orders may take longer than others.
